The process isn’t pretty
Last week, I talked about transitioning from being a Freshman to a Senior, and the energy of that really hit me. I had the Freshman awkwardness. Allergies made my eye swell and redden, a breakout on my face coupled it, and just overall discomfort in my body – ugh!
I’ve noticed in my own experiences that when I’m breaking through something mentally or emotionally, that my physical will ride with it. It can be unnerving, but at the same time it’s comforting because I know I’m at the end of the awkward transition, and I get to see what’s going to happen next.

During those transitions you can feel out of alignment or knocked off your path.
The way to know if you’re moving in the right direction
is by connecting to your intuition. If you’re struggling to
do that, it’s time for some self-reflection.
